The Client: As Reid Hospital & Health Care Services geared up to celebrate their 110th anniversary, the company was preparing to relaunch as Reid Health with a new name, updated logo and rebranding. To ensure the full Reid team felt invested in the new brand, Reid wanted to give each associate a new branded shirt at the hospital’s 110th birthday celebration.

The Approach: The Callard team worked with Reid to identify the perfect shirt to fit the occasion. They went far beyond your typical one-size-fits-all approach, sampling a variety of options before settling on a shirt that associates would feel great wearing. The Port Authority Silk Touch Polo looks professional enough to wear in a work setting, plus is made from durable, moisture-wicking and snag-resisting fabric.

From there, Callard assembled a team including Account Manager Jen Norris, Customer Service rep Donna Kramer and website developer Anita McCoy to tackle the task of ordering branded shirts for the entire Reid Health team. Callard created an innovative, easy-to-use online store to capture the preferences for all 2,500 of the Reid Health associates. Associates could select their size and choose from between three colors—the brilliant blue, neon orange and lime green reflected the rebranded Reid color palette—and also had the opportunity to purchase additional uniform shirts if desired. The pop-up storefront existed for just three weeks while Callard collected the data needed.

Finally, the Callard team assisted in facilitating delivery of the shirts for easy distribution and also joined in to celebrate the successful rebranding at the hospital’s 110th birthday party.


The Results: Reid Hospital & Health Care Services was able to transition seamlessly to Reid Health by instantly outfitting all 2,500 associates in polo shirts emblazoned with the new name and rebranded logo. The new shirts helped keep associates engaged and excited about the switch to a simplified name that better reflects the full breadth of services offered by Reid Health.
