Gift-giving season came early as The Ohio Promotional Professionals Association held their Holiday Client Showcase for distributors and clients. Callard was honored to be present at the Hollywood Casino to follow suit and lead the way with the largest clientele present. The showcase allowed our clients to browse from nearly 100 product lines directly. And in a 20 billion dollar industry, it’s a unique perspective that truly makes us a cut above.
“The goal is to allow clients to have an easy shopping experience during the event, order samples. Then, we re-connect after the show and plan for their projects,” said Michelle Guetle, Owner of Callard Company.
The interactions between clients and distributors was the differentiating factor at this event. It allowed clients to directly see the infinite options they have for holiday gift giving, both internally and externally, source ideas for trade shows, client events and year end meetings. Several clients attended the educational session of the morning. Here is what we learned:
- Promotional products are memorable. More than 59% of people have a favorable impression of an advertiser after receiving a promotional product.
- 88% of people can recall the company and brand on their promotional product.
- 76.2% of people can recall the product, service and message on a their promotional product.
